A four COM port expander for Personal Computers. Each port is completely independent, operating at speeds up to 112,000 baud. It is software-transparent to the host computer, and is usually addressed as COM5, COM6, COM7, and COM8, but automatically adapts to whatever free COM ports are available on any given computer. Primarily designed for "legacy" devices which require RS-232 I/O for operation. The included Windows 95 or Windows NT driver software needs to be installed only once when the module is first plugged in. It is USB-Bus powered, i.e. it needs no external power supply.
A two-channel IEEE-488 (GPIB) module for Instrumentation and Control. It appears to the host PC as a pair of standard COM ports by default. Alternatively, it can be configured to appear as two special ports GPIB1 and GPIB2 by simply choosing an optional driver (supplied) the first time it is connected. Drivers for Windows 95 and Windows NT are included. It is rack-mountable if desired. It is Bus-powered.
A two-transmitter, four receiver module for aircraft Avionics testing and service. Supports both high-speed (100Kbps) and low speed (12Kbps) communication. Drivers for Windows 95 and Windows NT are included. Rack-mountable or stand-alone. Bus-powered.
